The corn is just too mushy. To make a thin corn tortilla, you have to bake it at low heat for one or two minutes. And then you will be able to get the corn to stay thin and crisp. To do that, you mix cornflour with a little bit of water, sugar, and salt. Then you bake the corn tortilla. Then you can make corn tortillas that are crispy and delicious. If you can’t find corn tortillas, you can make it with flours, although those won’t be as crispy.
If you have never made ceviche before, now is the time to try. You can make this ceviche for yourself at home. Start with a chicken ceviche and then add fish. You can make it with shrimp, shrimp and lobster. For seafood, I usually cut up the shrimp, avocado, onions and tomatoes. I mix it with a little bit of lime juice and cilantro chutney. Then I spread it on the corn tortilla. When you eat it you can add onion and tomato and then cilantro chutney. Then you can eat it as an appetizer. You can also make the shrimp or lobster ceviche in a slightly different way. Then you can make it as a main dish and make it as a main dish instead of as an appetizer.
