Directions:-

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sh eet with parchment paper.
  • Throw kamut flakes and almonds together in a medium mixing bowl with your fingertips.
  • Toast in the oven by spreading over baking sheets. Return it to the mixing bowl until it has turned a golden-brown color.
  • Place the cold biscuits on a cutting board and cut them into small bits.
  • Once sliced, combine with wh ole-wheat flour, sugar, and salt in a small mixing bowl.
  • Using your fingertips, rub the mixture together until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Gradually whisk the flour mixture into the toasted kamut flakes and almonds in a mixing bowl.
  • Set aside.
  • Line a thick baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Set aside.
  • In a small mixing cup, combine maple syrup and vanilla extract with a rubber spatula.
  • Once thoroughly combined, pour over the rice, almond, and flake mixture and stir to blend.
  • Spread the granola out on prepared baking sheets and toast for about 13 minutes, stirring once.
