Here is a simple but delicious crepes batter that can be made in minutes. It’s made from ingredients that everyone has on hand. For each pancake, you’ll need flour, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla. It’s all packaged up in a powder or sprinkle mixture that’s easier to throw in the pan and get crispy and golden.

Recipe yield: 16 pancakes
Makes 16 pancakes
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat. Add milk and eggs to the pan and stir well.
Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt to the mixture. Mix well.
Allow the batter to rise, turning the heat down to low, until the flour is evenly mixed with the other ingredients.
Fill a piping bag and squirt the batter into the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
Flip and cook another 10 minutes.
Serve with additional syrup, butter, and fresh strawberries.
Prepare the batter by sprinkling the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisking to combine. Mix the milk, eggs, and vanilla in a separate bowl and whisk to combine.
Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat on a grill or griddle to grease. Add a thin layer of batter and spread the batter to the sides of the pan.
When the edges start to turn brown and the top has a slight bit of crunch, flip the pancake over. Cook for another 5 minutes or so.
Serve with a side of syrup and berries.
