- 4 boneless skinless chicken bosoms crude, mine was about 7.5 to 8 ounces each
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (around 1/8 tsp per chicken bosom)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (1/8 tsp per chicken bosom)
- 1/8 teaspoon dark pepper (a scramble for every chicken bosom)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano (around 1/8 tsp per bosom, and you can sub parsley, basil, thyme
Brush the chicken bosom with olive oil.
Sprinkle one side with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Spot the bosom noticeable all around fryer bushel prepared side down. At that point season the opposite side.
Cook at 360° for 9 minutes (for 8 oz chicken bosom). At that point flip the chicken bosom over and cook for an additional 9 minutes. Bigger chicken bosoms need more cook time, and more modest ones need less time (see Recipe Notes).
Open the air fryer promptly so it doesn’t keep cooking in the warmth.
In a little bowl, blend the salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano together.
Splash the chicken bosoms on the show side (smooth side) with cooking shower of decision. I utilize avocado oil splash.
Sprinkle a portion of the flavoring mix on every chicken bosom, and use hands to pat and help the flavoring stick.
